Jungletiger Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 Jets, Seahawks, Bengals after WR Marshall?By Mark J. Miller Mon Mar 15, 2010 6:43 am EDT It became clear Sunday that the New York Jets are thinking about making a run at finding the right package to entice the Denver Broncos to trade wide receiver Brandon Marshall(notes), according to the seattlepi.com. Marshall, a restricted free agent, has already visited the Seattle Seahawks this offseason to discuss a potential deal with and the rumor mill has been consistently saying that the Cincinnati Bengals wouldn't mind finding a way to add Marshall to their roster. Marshall scored 10 touchdowns last season on 101 receptions for 1,120 yards. Any team that signs Marshall has to give up a first-round pick to the Broncos if they don't match the offer. Seattle has the sixth overall pick. There is still plenty of time before the draft on April 22 to get a trade done. Follow Yahoo! thundercleetz Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Man, they shouldn't have paid Antonio Bryant 4-years, $29 million only a year after still being on the hook for some of Coles' contract for nearly the same amount. Quote
BengalBilly Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 "Are they still mulling Marshall?"I don't think so. If anything Mike Brown is waiting to low ball Terrell Owens. Quote
