The deal includes $17 million guaranteed, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.Cobb could have signed elsewhere for a higher salary, a league source told Press-Gazette Media on Saturday night. Even still, he will become the richest slot receiver in the NFL. His $10 million annual average exceeds New York Giants receiver Victor Cruz's five-year, $43 million contract.
