Santonio Holmes will be out week 1.

Revis is still holding out, and with each passing day, his ability to be effective for Opening Day grows weaker and weaker.

 

Now Calvin Pace is down...

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Jets have lost another key member of their defense. Starting outside linebacker Calvin Pace injured his right foot in the third quarter of the Jets' 16-11 preseason loss to the Washington Redskins on Friday night and did not return.

"He's got something with his foot," Jets coach Rex Ryan said. "I would expect him to be out a few weeks."

Pace is the Jets' best pass-rusher. In 2009, he recorded eight sacks in 12 regular season games...

Now...Tomlinson really looks like his old self...the Jets can still run.

The Jets are the only team that I honestly believe has more talent than we do, so these injuries are all big. But as you said, Revis is the real key, we need him to continue holding out.
