Keep the Ravens out of field goal range, Justin Tucker is incredible

Sure, keeping the Ravens out of the end zone would be fantastic, but it might be even more important to not let Baltimore get in field goal range. That is because the Ravens have the best kicker in the game today in Justin Tucker. The guy can make everything.

There is no kicker in the game that can beat the opposition with his leg quite like Tucker can. One could argue that he is the Ravens’ best offensive player and he’s a kicker! If Baltimore needs six kicks of Tucker’s foot to get 18 points en route to victory, he’ll find a way to get it done.

Tucker has great range and accuracy. 50-yard field goals are just in a day’s work for the guy. Oakland needs to buckle down defensively to prevent Baltimore from thinking about getting into field goal range. Otherwise, it’s death by three-point try after three-point try.

With the way that the Ravens’ offense is playing of late, Tucker’s leg is even more important. Baltimore is struggling to score without him. If the Raiders can keep the Ravens from reaching their own 40-yard line consistently, then Oakland can find a way to win this one at home to get to 3-2 on the year.
