Ravens Insider: Ravens have much work to do to create necessary cap space to make 'splash' in free agency

Allen Robinson and Sammy Watkins are the creams of the crop of this years receiver class. I expect the Ravens to try for both but they’re at a serious disadvantage in terms of how much they can pay and there aren’t a long line of guys willing to take less money to play with Joe Flacco. I expect them to instead go after a few of the second tier guys. Guys like Paul Richardson, Donte Moncrief, and Taylor Gabriel would be great fits. Ian Rapoport mentioned in a tweet that the Ravens and Moncrief seemed like a good fit, perhaps signing a one year “prove it” kind of deal. Another guy mentioned a lot is former Seahawks tight end Jimmy Graham but I expect him to receive a ton of interest and with the tight end class in the draft being so deep they should turn their attention there for tight end help.
