papasmurfbell Posted June 4, 2018 Posted June 4, 2018 https://ebonybird.com/2018/06/04/ravens-examining-different-starting-offensive-line-combinations/ I don't think Sirgusa will ever play in the NFL. It was not just an ACL. It was all of them. Players like Sex have shown it is to much to come back from.I also don't expect Yanda to be what he used to be. The OL looks at least a yr away. Quote
tsylvester Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 The sham of the line getting better as the year went on was only because the plays stopped being deep routes, just being 10 yards or fewer. Stanley is average at best, weak in run blocking. Yanda is older now, morw injury prone.. Skura might be ok, but they have no real center.I agree about Siragusa, tough if not impossible to come back from. Brown maybe working hard but he still will struggle against quicker, smaller defenders in pass blocking and who know how he will do in run blocking, he was not very good in college, no matter what anyone says, he just got in the way of the defenders, never really drove them off the ball. This line is the biggest question mark, even over health. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted June 5, 2018 Author Posted June 5, 2018 And going shallow made them easy to defend. I think Stanley is better than average. I think his run blocking is a clear deficiency in his game. Quote
