Is it really hard to imagine that she would know how to use all the fighting gear she's created? And, anyone in a Iron Man suit can fight. Stark was never much of a fighter without his gear. Banner certainly wasn't. Is it really that hard to imagine that Pepper couldn't fight with the same gear?
