papasmurfbell Posted January 27, 2011 Posted January 27, 2011 http://walterfootball.com/draft2011.php1st Baltimore Ravens: Titus Young, WR, Boise State While I like him as a pick that is a hell of a reach in the first.I would much rather go Muhammad Wilkersonor Stefen Wisniewski.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Q8TQg6uoSg2nd Baltimore Ravens: Christian Ballard, DE/DT, IowaI like this pick. He looks like just the guy to plug into the middle for Gregg.3rd Baltimore Ravens: Joseph Barksdale, OT, LSUReading up on him he looks like he would be good.4th Baltimore Ravens: Colin McCarthy, ILB, Miami Watching this I would say no way. He looks slow. I am seeing him use bad angles. Also he looks to be easily blocked. Quote

I do like Jones though. 2nd Jarvis Jenkinshttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bV0wC2rXo-w&feature=relatedWe need a pass rush in the middle. I am not seeing from him. I also am not liking what I see from that tape. Maybe just a bad game. Quote

Not a super fast guy but he would stretch the field. I think he would be a steal in the 2nd. Quote
RavenMad Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Thanks for these Papa. Keep up the good work. As much as I like Julio Jones in the 1st, I hate the 2nd round pick just as much. Anyway, I expect Julio to be a top 10 to top 15 pick unless he does something stupid like go on a crime spree between now and the draft or goes to the Dez Bryant school of draft preparation. As for the 2nd mock from mockingthedraft, I really like it. We do need a pass rusher but O-Line is just as important. I also really like Hankerson and see a bit of TO without the drama in him. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 10, 2011 Author Posted February 10, 2011 http://walterfootball.com/draft2011_4.php They have changed their 4th round pick Baltimore Ravens: Kelvin Sheppard, ILB, LSU http://nflmocks.com/2010/09/14/2011-nfl-draft-scouting-report-kelvin-sheppard-lsu/http://www.nfldraft101.com/draft/profiles/player/122273/Kelvin_Sheppard.jsphttp://www.fftoolbox.com/nfl_draft/profile_display.cfm?prospect_id=2531http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rprGJ54SPyAI wish this video had more. papasmurfbell Posted February 10, 2011 Author Posted February 10, 2011 http://www.footballsfuture.com/2011/nflmockdraft.html1st Baltimore - JJ Watt, DL, Wisconsin http://www.fftoolbox.com/nfl_draft/profile_display.cfm?prospect_id=2727http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QT2-mRCgX0That is a Ravens defensive player. He plays with emotion. He causes havoc. He is around the ball. 2nd Baltimore - Curtis Brown, CB, Texas http://www.fftoolbox.com/nfl_draft/profile_display.cfm?prospect_id=2517 Quote

I love his speed. I am watching and Smith seems to push off a lot. Maybe he can get away with it at the next level too. It is not like that is called correctly in the NFL. He reminds me of Chad Johnson. 2nd Baltimore Ravens: Kendric Burney CB, UNChttp://www.fftoolbox.com/nfl_draft/profile_display.cfm?prospect_id=2537http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=meGqW66ZBtwHe is a little erratic in his responsibilities. I do love how he will put his nose in there on tackles. Quote
varaven45 Posted February 10, 2011 Posted February 10, 2011 I want Watt from Wisconsin. Former Mich coach Rich Rodriquez, when interviewed by ESPN, was amped up about Watt and said he was the best, NFL ready defensive guy from the Big Ten. He could be another McCrary, maybe better ! Quote
