Although Comcast has earned a spot in the MSN Money Customer Service Hall of Shame for five years running, America's largest cable company appears to be making a dash for the door. In the 2011 MSN-Zogby poll, Comcast dropped to sixth place, with 31.5% of those familiar with its customer service calling it "poor." That's not good, but it's a notable gain over two years ago, when 41.3% called its service "poor" and the company ranked second. So given Comcast's improvements, what's its CEO worth? Try $31 million. That's what Brian L.
