papasmurfbell Posted February 2 Author Posted February 2 There aren’t not even close to this many open spots. I hope they are looking to trade. Quote
tsylvester Posted February 2 Posted February 2 A lot will depend on who they keep, along the lines, in the secondary, even how they view Simpson at backer. I know that they are high on Board, but do they think he is an every down backer? Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 I don’t think he is ever down. At most I think there are 10 open spots. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 https://www.profootballnetwork.com/7-round-2025-nfl-mock-draft-jacob-infante-february-2025/ 27) Baltimore Ravens Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall Though the Ravens have a formidable edge-rushing duo in Odafe Oweh and Kyle Van Noy, the latter turns 34 years old in March. Baltimore has shown they’re willing to draft defenders early and let them slowly work their way into the starting lineup. After his All-American season which saw him tally 17.0 sacks, Mike Green finds himself as one of the top defensive linemen in the 2025 NFL Draft. He’s a freak athlete whose explosiveness helped him dominate the Sun Belt, but he also has a deep technical arsenal to shed blocks and generate penetration into opponents’ backfields. 59) Baltimore Ravens Marcus Mbow, OT/G, Purdue It’s tough to pinpoint multiple severe needs on the Ravens’ roster, but their offensive line is a unit that still feels like it’s a piece or two away. Marcus Mbow has starting experience at both tackle and guard, and one has to wonder if he could serve as an effective center, as well. No matter where he plays, he’s a coordinated blocker with the athleticism and hand usage needed to hold his own in more zone-heavy run schemes at the next level. 91) Baltimore Ravens Jacob Parrish, CB, Kansas State It’s entirely possible Jacob Parrish goes higher than this in real life. A recent riser up boards who’s still flying somewhat under the radar, he is a smaller yet sticky coverage cornerback with a high football IQ and an aggressive mentality attacking the ball. 127) Baltimore Ravens Ty Hamilton, DT, Ohio State 135) Baltimore Ravens Lathan Ransom, S, Ohio State 175) Baltimore Ravens Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, OT, Florida 177) Baltimore Ravens Rylie Mills, DT, Notre Dame 184) Baltimore Ravens Tahj Brooks, RB, Texas Tech 204) Baltimore Ravens Marcus Wehr, G, Montana State 212) Baltimore Ravens Luke Kandra, G, Cincinnati 244) Baltimore Ravens Phil Mafah, RB, Clemson Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 I like it is focusing on the line but a backup qb and a blocking te would be nice. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 https://walterfootball.com/draft2025_1.php Baltimore Ravens: Jalon Walker, OLB, Georgia The Ravens can’t stop the pass at all. Part of the reason for that is their sub-par pass rush. That needs to be revamped. Jalon Walker has great speed and athleticism on the edge. Baltimore Ravens: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State The running game is very important for the Ravens, and Derrick Henry won’t be around forever. Treveyon Henderson has been an impressive runner and receiver out of the backfield. Baltimore Ravens: Tommi Hill, S, Nebraska Anyone who has followed the Ravens this year knows that stopping the pass has been a huge issue. Tommi Hill has plus size, instincts, and ball skills. Baltimore Ravens: Gunnar Helm, TE, Texas Mark Andrews may not be back in Baltimore next year. Here’s a replacement. Gunnar Helm was a dangerous seam weapon for Texas. Baltimore Ravens: Nick Martin, ILB, Oklahoma State This is an expected compensatory selection the Ravens will receive for Patrick Queen. Speaking of Queen, the Ravens sorely missed his play-making abilities in the middle of the field last year. Nick Martin was a tackling machine until he went down with an injury last season. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 Guys I hope we look at. Omarion Hampton*, RB, North Carolina Height: 6-0. Weight: 220. Projected 40 Time: 4.50. Projected Round (2025): 2-3. 1/25/25: In 2024, Hampton averaged 5.9 yards per carry for 1,660 yards and 15 touchdowns with 38 receptions for 373 yards and two touchdowns. Hampton is built well for the NFL. He has speed and is a tough load to tackle. Hampton runs hard and picks up lots of yards after contact. In the 2024 season opener, Hampton ran for 29 yards on 30 carries and had five receptions for 17 yards. TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State Height: 5-10. Weight: 214. Projected 40 Time: 4.50. Projected Round (2025): 2-4. 1/25/25: In 2024, Henderson formed a tremendous running back tandem with Quinshon Judkins. Henderson averaged 7.1 yards per carry for 1,016 yards with 10 touchdowns. He had 27 catches for 284 yards and a touchdown. In 2023, Henderson averaged 5.9 yards per carry for 926 yards and 11 touchdowns. He had 19 receptions for 229 yards as well. Henderson put together an impressive freshman year in 2021 and was too talented to keep on the bench behind more experienced upperclassmen. He averaged 6.8 yards per carry that season for 1,248 yards and 15 touchdowns on only 183 carries. Henderson also was an impressive receiving back, snatching 27 passes for 312 yards and four scores. Before getting injured in 2022, he averaged 5.3 yards per carry for 571 yards and six touchdowns. Jarquez Hunter, RB, Auburn Height: 5-10. Weight: 209. Projected 40 Time: 4.53. Projected Round (2025): 3-4. 1/25/25: Hunter was a physical load for Auburn and ran really hard for the Tigers in 2024. He averaged 6.4 yards per carry for 1,201 yards with eight touchdowns. He had 21 receptions for 155 yards and a touchdown. In 2023, he averaged 5.7 yards per carry for 909 yards with seven touchdowns. Hunter is a physical downhill runner who can get yards after contact. Cam Skattebo, RB, Arizona State Height: 5-11. Weight: 215. Projected 40 Time: 4.53. Projected Round (2025): 3-5. 1/25/25: In 2024, Skattebo played really well for Arizona State, showing excellent versatility as a runner and receiver. He averaged 5.8 yards per carry for 1,711 yards with 21 touchdowns. He also had 45 catches for 605 yards and three touchdowns. Skattebo was productive at Sacramento State before going to the Sun Devils. Marcus Yarns, RB, Delaware Height: 5-11. Weight: 190. Projected 40 Time: 4.52. Projected Round (2025): 4-6. 1/25/25: In 2024, Yarns averaged 6.3 yards per carry for 844 yards with six touchdowns. He had 17 receptions for 297 yards and five scores. Yarns solid play earned him an invitation to the Senior Bowl. Will Howard, QB, Ohio State Height: 6-5. Weight: 242. Projected 40 Time: 4.81. Projected Round (2025): 4-6. 1/14/25: In 2024, Howard completed 73 percent of his passes for 3,779 yards with 33 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. 6/11/24: After the 2023 season, Howard decided to enter the transfer portal and left Kansas State for the Buckeyes. During the 2023 season, scouts were watching Howard in case he decided to enter the draft, and multiple NFL team sources said Howard helped himself over 2023. They thought he could be a potential third-day pick if he had entered the 2024 NFL Draft and a backup quarterback candidate for the next level. Those sources called Howard a physically impressive prospect with a good frame, above-average arm, and exceptional makeup. They noted he is a gritty guy with athleticism and good football I.Q. In 2023, Howard completed 61 percent of his passes for 2,643 yards, 24 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He notched nine touchdowns on the ground as well. Jackson Hawes, TE, Georgia Tech Height: 6-5. Weight: 260. Projected 40 Time: 4.75. Projected Round (2025): 3-5. 1/25/25: Hawes was not a prolific receiver in 2024, but he was a good enough blocker to earn an invitation to the Senior Bowl. In 2024, Hawes had 16 receptions for 195 yards. Hawes needs to show receiving ability in Mobile to help his draft stock. Quote
tsylvester Posted February 3 Posted February 3 I see a lot of them have the Ravens taking Green. I am a little skeptical of him, did most of his work against poor teams. Granted he dominated, but still, can he hold up against NFL tackles? Will he get lost in all of the misdirection the NFL uses? Quote
papasmurfbell Posted February 3 Author Posted February 3 Ryan Fitzgerald, K, Florida State Height: 6-1. Weight: 198. Projected Round (2025): 4-6. 1/18/25: Fitzgerald was 13-for-13 and hit on all five of his attempts from over 50 yards. He also connected on a 59-yard field goal. 2/26/24: Fitzgerald was very accurate for the Seminoles in 2023, connecting on 91 percent of his field goals (19-of-21). However, his long field goal was just 48 yards. In 2021, Fitzgerald hit a 53-yard field goal. Quote
tsylvester Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Yeah, he is a solid kicker. Shame the team cant wait till next year, when the Georgia kicker comes out. Dude has a huge accurate leg. tsylvester Posted Tuesday at 10:29 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:29 PM Yeah that seems to be the norm for them, have they ever drafted a kicker? I know that they have punters, but Tucker was an undrafted "gem", Stover came over with the Browns, Hushkah was a free agent... Quote
