vmax Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Player after player went down. In an already thin secondary due to injuries Rolle pulls a groin muscle...Leonard knocks himself out forcing a game saving fumble on Gates. Suggs sprains his sholder. Willie Anderson goes out. "Bring the Pain" McLain sprains his ankle. Heap...just a physical wreck if you know what's happening with him. and the Ravens kept trotting out the next man...and they didn't let the dam bust. They didn't crack. I've never seen anything like it. Then there are all the players playing with injuries like 'one armed' Reed and Mason. Quote
BeenAround Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 I agree Max. There doesn't seem to be any quit in this team from top to bottom. Quote
cmacarolle21 Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 Good way to look at it. We'll see later in the week which of these injuries are going to carry over to the next game. Really hoping that Samari will be able to play next week! Quote
5to85for6 Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 the injuries may carry over but everyone will play. Did you all see rachel nichols with T-sizz? She asked him if he was going to play next week and he pointed to OJ Brigance and said there is no way he won't play knowing what OJ would give just to play one more snap Quote
cmacarolle21 Posted January 11, 2009 Posted January 11, 2009 That's good as long as Rolle, Suggs, and McClain are playing we should be good. I don't mind Wilcox coming in for Heap if he isn't up to playing. Heap is banged up and not playing up to "Heap" standards. Wilcox is underrated and can definetly get the job done. Quote
