They are pulling the O's playbook. We give him an offer that we know he can beat on the market and let him walk away. But we tried.

Ozzie will try hard to sign Grubbs.

The line was not good last year and Birk and McKinnie were part of that problem. Oher has too. They cannot afford to replace Birk, McKinnie and Grubbs...3/5ths of the line and make a run this year.

Keeping Grubbs, who is perhaps the best lineman on the team, will be hard because somebody will offer him Mad Money.

Agreed. But I expect Grubbs to be getting $40+ mil. I do not see how they can pull that off. The Cap makes you have to cut ties with guys. That is it's purpose. I think the Ravens know they can't get this done and they are just making the PR effort.
