deeshopper Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 Is anyone else alarmed to the sudden shift in strengths of this team?
vmax Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 I wanted to be wrong about the Charger big play potential...and I didn't expect this many...now I'll shut up about it...maybe that will stop it...*&^%#$@%
DarthSizzle Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Why isn't Gooden playing linebacker? And I thought McClain was his backup?
geo Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Wow, only complain Too soon, now Rivers has time..
deeshopper Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 Special teams is getting torn up.
deeshopper Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 I'm reminded now of how Harbaugh started to go off on the caller to his show this week questioning the special teams coverage for a player like Sproles. I wonder what Harbaugh thinks about the coverage now?
vmax Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Phew! Dodged that bullit... Insane 1st half but the Ravens O can't be stopped while thankfully the unstoppable Charger O had to settle for field goals.
bmw800 Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Someone wake up the Ravens' D, Rivers already has 255 yards. We have played 6 quarters, have not forced a turnover yet. I am now worried.
dc. Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Dear Dawan Landry, Not sure if you're aware... but you're on a football field. Somebody find him and point him towards the offense.
vmax Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 BTW...that was a bullshit roughing the passer call on Pryce. Nice to see them hitting Rivers... although he's pissed, it hasn't affected his playmaking abilities.... yet Looks like the Ravens O is beating the Charger D up...should see the rewards in the second half. The same can be said for the Ravens defensive front 7...they might really be able to gang up on Rivers because that O line is getting beat up.

Right, but the way things are going we'll sack him twice, and then he'll throw for 40 yards on 3rd and 25. Any idea whats up? I don't get to see the game and the normal stream I watch died on me, so I'm relying on satellite radio for the call. Are the CBs getting beat badly, or are their WRs just making plays?
deeshopper Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 It *looks* like they are getting beat, and badly. But the special teams coverage has been spotty to non-existent.

deeshopper Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 Sweet. Way to take advantage of the turnover. Still getting used to not settling for field goals.
vmax Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 HEEEAAAPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huge Score! Way to take the ball away D!!!!!!
bmw800 Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 That's the Ravens D I'm used to seeing, and the Raven's O I'm not.
