Preston makes some good points here.

The line is a mess...a real liability. They can't protect Joe or open running lanes for Rice.

This move gives McKinnie 2 weeks to get in playing shape and 3 weeks for the line to be ready for the playoffs.

Firing Cam was desperate....more desperate changes are necessary.
