I would look to trade him.  He has high value and statistically speaking he is due to start to fall off. KO is you and they will only keep one of them so sign KO long term trade Yanda.

You're talking about an offensive lineman who gets pushed backwards every down he plays to stay healthy, with a bum back that's already been operated on.  It's a roll of the dice.  I think either signing is a risk, but I'd stick with Yanda.

So no PB linemen have knee injury from time to time.  Yanda has never been injured and out of the lineup.  Did KO's back flare up again last yr?

That was after Brown went to StL.  Grubbs was done in 2012.
