I saw pouty Lamar when something went bad in the kc or lv game. That does not instill confidence in leadership to me.

It’s not just Orr. The brain drain in many positions. It is hard to run the whole show when some position coaches might be teaching some stuff wrong.

I don’t see Rex leaving the tv money. Chuck seems to be busy too. Leslie Frazier was available but McDonald grabbed him as a mature voice in the coaches room.

Where have you seen Lamar as a leader? I haven’t seen Henry in a leadership role yet.

Going back to the debate about the best te in team history. Shannon yesterday said he had to talk with ray and rod that he would get the offense turned around. They just had to keep the defense going while the offense was getting fixed. I don’t see that leadership on this team.
