When has this coach learned from his mistakes?

I look at the days of AD, Bart Scott, Brandon Williams, Hatrwell and many others. They stood up early and we got yrs of service out of them.

We went yrs without much of a rush from the front 4. Justin finally becoming a stud made it easier for his guys along the line.

You best win on the yrs you are set up to. It will not be the same immediately after. Look at Philly. Of that list you have 1 great stud. We used to make them all the time.

We dont develop guys like we used to. Until I see us develop front 7 guys consistently again we cant.

I have far from been silent. I have been saying you rush on us. Also I have not seen where blitzing Lamar has been figured out. I have been calling out Turdy for yrs.

I am still waiting for leaders.

These kids are taught much earlier so guys make it who didnt in the past. The league has a dozen guys who are capable of winning a ring if in the right situation. The subpar play comes from the bad coaching that I see league wide. Lets jump back to the early 80s. Noll with 4, Gibbs 3, Flores 2, Landry 2, Shula 2, Parcells 2, and Walsh 3 SB wins. That is 7 coaches with multiple championships coaching at the same time. Dont forget Reeves, Leavy, Grant, Phillips, and Coriel who were also very good but didnt get over that hill. Notice I didnt even give Ditka a mention. Now look at 2023. Reid, and Bellichick are the only multiple time winning coaches in the league. There are so many 1 time winners The coaching pool in this league is crap.

Yep. Some bad personnel getting in the way of making a run for a ring.

Like I said. Run the ball and make Lamar be a passer and you win. We have a bad coach and a suspect QB. Hell we are the cowboys of the mid atlantic. I have to agree. The window is closed now. To many FA will be leaving so they have a 2 yr retooling that needs doing. Then the QB percentage of teh cap will get unwieldy.

That also depends on coaching. If Im hiuston I bring the run hard and heavy from the opening possession. Keep our D on the field all day. When they start loading the box is when CJ starts to capitalize. I have been astonished how poorly so many have tried to attack us for months now.

Who do they have active as the 45? Also Kolar is not a threat as a receiver so he is a bit of a tell.

One issue with Likely his lack of blocking. Andrews is better.

Will the spanos family hire anyone that is competent? I doubt it. Yes next yr the ravens could be less talented but there will be drains on a bunch of these teams.

If they are not being coached to do the correct thing on reads then the players have less blame. If the OL is not making the correct pickups that is coaching. There is no way they went from understanding pickups and make the correct calls a yr ago and have no idea what to do this yr as a regression of the players.

Why do you believe a word that comes out of his mouth. As often as he has been caught in lies he has no value there.

I dont think it should be. A sit down with the coordinators needs to be had. Maybe a change there. A real look needs to be made at the OL.

See the Parcells fiasco. Honestly Bill fixed and set the franchise on the right course. Jerry has been able to maintain the players since then. He just cant bring himself to get a coach that has the iron hand needed to keep them focused.

That he does. But can he for the sake of winning a ring before he dies leave a coach alone?
