  2. https://walterfootball.com/draft2024_4.php Walters has added a 4th round. I like the idea about more OL but ACC worries me.
  3. https://www.on3.com/pro/news/2024-nfl-draft-cbs-sports-shakes-up-predictions-two-round-mock-draft-caleb-williams-jayden-daniels-dallas-turner/ A Yale kid? https://www.nfl.com/news/daniel-jeremiah-2024-nfl-mock-draft-2-0-four-quarterbacks-selected-in-first-eight-picks I always like SEC linemen.
  4. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/2024-nfl-mock-draft-3-teams-trade-up-to-take-qbs-within-top-10-including-steelers-replacing-kenny-pickett/ Wow they see us trading out of the first with NE. If we can have their 25 first rounder do it. https://theathletic.com/5287977/2024/02/22/nfl-mock-draft-falcons-patriots-justin-fields/ If they move away from a roadgrading OL philosophy I guess ok. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/aj-schultes-7-round-2024-nfl-mock-draft-4-qbs-in-top-6-malik-nabers-falls-to-the-falcons/ I like the idea of OL help. I would like to see more CB and some WR help
  5. Thats the way I see it. If you have to hollow out the roster for a guy then you have to move on.
  6. If they tag him they need to create probably 17 mil more to get him locked in and have the space to get others signed. That is to much.
  7. It looks like they are about 12 mil under. To tag Justin they have to make some moves. Those are to painful now to make.
  8. The contract is to big to carry but also to much dead money to carry as well.
  9. Why would he take a cut? The ravens were the morons who inked a bad deal. They are the ones who kept going to him to redo his deal for more cap space.
  10. We are hurting all over the line. I hope they can draft someone at 30 who can play OK LT as a rookie. If not Makerii will be the guy and that spells disaster. Both guards are FA and we will probably lose at least 1. But OG is doable as a mid round pick. We might have to bite the bullet and ride out a bad Stanley for 24. In that case get the best guard available.
  11. Its a deep WR draft. I would be cool with a day 3 possession guy.
  12. In many ways this is a deep draft
  13. So at 30 he is to high?

  19. Monken is the to little to late part. Keeping Roman so long was the nepotism part.
  20. He did make progress this yr. The problem is to little to late. He wasted at least 1500 hits on a system that didnt let him grow and expand his skillset. He is about halfway through his career and he finally made the first expansions of his skills. If they were going to be all in on Lamar them be all in on Lamar and dont keep that nepotism hiring train rolling.
  21. It wont be 100% successful. That said with Lamar having limited progression skills it works enough to frustrate him.
  22. I look at plays like the one where they sent the safety and Stanley was blocking him. There was no rush there. When Lamar started to break to the left to get out of the pocket the safety moved to keep that contained edge. Lamar then moved to the right back into the heart of the pocket. If memory serves someone else made Lamar throw it for nothing. That kind of rush non rush was going down all night. That is a very new kind of way to defend Lamar.
  23. That transition I believe was been started 3 yrs to late.
  24. Then we look at other QBs like Cam, McNair, Wilson, and McNabb where the hits pile up and they dont have that old player time to transition.
