Do you think they could have made that run without Pitta? I dont.
-
I srr this same thing this time of yr all the time.
-
Copl. I was looking for debate on each thread but whatever. i chose Ohrer that high just bc of injury issues with Stanley. Andrews hard charging up the list. Heap had been here longer with a much more pathetic QB. I also put a lot of importance in what Sharpe and Pitta did to help win rings. I dont think 2000 or 2012 wins rings without them on the team.

Im not going to start a center list bc the list is so sort as is. 5.) Kevin Zeitler 4.) Wally Williams 3.) Ben Grubbs 2.) Edwin Mulitalo 1.) Marshall Yanda
-
5.) Kyle Juszczyk 4.) Obafemi Ayanbadejo 3.) Le’Ron McClain 2.) Vonta Leach 1.) Sam Gash BC of the crazy talent at fullback here over the yrs I have to give some honorable mentions. I will start with the monster we have now Patrick Ricard. We probably do not have the kind of bounce back season in 2008 without Lorenzo Neal helping to protect Joe and block for Ray. He and Le'Ron made a very good 1 2 punch as blockers. Jamal got a lot of help finding holes with Alan Ricard and Ovie Mughelli leading the way.

5.) Priest Holmes 4.) Justin Forsett 3.) Willis Mcgahee 2.) Ray Rice 1.) Jamal Lewis
-
5.) Michael Jackson 4.) Qadry Ismail 3.) Torrey Smith 2.) Derrick Mason 1.) Anquan Bouldin
-
5.) Marshall Yanda 4.) Orlando Brown SR. 3.) Ronnie Stanley 2.) Michael Oher 1.) Jonathan Ogden
-
5.) Dan Wilcox 4.) Mark Andrews 3.) Todd Heap 2.) Denis Pitta 1.) Shannon Sharpe
-
Nothing much going down so lets make some content up. A guy on FB started this and its pushing debates. So what the hell. 5.) Trent Dilfer 4.) Vinny Testaverde 3.) Steve McNair 2.) Lamar Jackson 1.) Joe Flacco

I just did some research on turdy
papasmurfbell replied to papasmurfbell's topic in Baltimore Ravens
Tomlin has never had a losing season and by all rights with some of the rosters he has had over the last 5 yrs he should have. The GM there left the cupboard pretty bare for a while. No plan for the end of Ben at all. For the last few yrs Tom was there they were burning through draft capital to keep the roster at a championship level. No more 2 first round drafts and such. So when Tom first left there scraped by with cam but that was going nowhere. Yr 2 they lucked out with Mac. They had a pretty damned good yr. Then they lose McDaniel and for some strange reason Bill decided to be way to loyal to some past coaches. With Obrien back I expect Jones to really flourish. Do they make the playoffs in that div? I dont know but it should be better than 22. -

If the coach has veto control on players he has to much power. Year Regular Season Playoffs 2008 11-5 2-1 2009 9-7 1-1 2010 12-4 1-1 2011 12-4 1-1 2012 10-6 4-0 2013 8-8 N/A 2014 10-6 1-1 2015 5-11 N/A 2016 8-8 N/A 2017 9-7 N/A 2018 10-6 0-1 2019 14-2 0-1 2020 11-5 1-1 2021 8-9 N/A 2022 10-7 0-1 i look at it as 2 halves of a book. The 2012 and before and the 2013 and after. I believe 2014 was Kubes so thats a one off. Then you have Lamar which transitions into him being figured out. The first 5 yrs excellent the last decade pretty mediocre. Also remember 2018 the team and Turdy were going to go their separate ways. Lamar saved him. -

I have heard it from more than 1 place. Turdy is the defacto GM. He chooses the kind of guys he wants. It started after winning the SB. So if he is vetoing the GM and scouts do you really blame them for bad drafts? -
It is far worse than I even thought. I have been going back and forth with a dumbass. He thinks turdy is a great coach. I said he has been along for the ride and anything good that has happened to this team has been done despite him. So onto the research.

The backs who reached 1000 yds last yr who were drafted after the 3rd round.
-
I missed the roaring 20s so I didnt do it.
-
He has been injured a lot lately.
-
Lamar needs to actually read the D and understand whats coming. He also needs to go through his progressions and get the open man. Until such time as I see that done well its all a song and dance.

There is only 1 left from that meeting with Ali. HE was one I had always wanted to meet. Im not a huge Lax fan but I do respect it. Ppl say even now he may have been the greatest player of the game ever. -
Roquan came in and made the parts around him better. The D was floundering before he got there.
-
McDonald should be kicking some cash to Roquan since he did save the D.

But the bears OL was total trash the last few yrs.
