  1. Given where the Ravens pick in the 1st round, I don't see an edge rusher (among those who will be left at 27 and 31) worthy of a 1st round pick. Maybe I'm missing something.
  2. Feel free to have a sparkling cold beverage and pass the time with a great group of fans in the ER bar....
  3. Thanks for putting all this up. I can use it for reference information for the next 2 days. This should get me up to speed. Like you said oldno...From what I've heard from Ozzie and DeCosta they go for need if it's a big need and within 1-2 spots of their board. Generally in the first round players fall to them. Guys who they ranked higher. I'm excited. We get 3 days of "football" I can drop out of this insane world for a few hours.
  4. Or 50....
  5. This may help a little as a reference........... 2021 NFL Draft: Big Blue View consensus big board (msn.com)
  6. The ACL's should have healed just fine with no future problems there. they happened on Alabama's time. Not Ravens time. Nevertheless, all these injuries make him a risk to me.
  7. Glad the Ravens don't need to draft a QB this year. Other than Lawrence, I'm not impressed with the whole lot as far as being franchise QB's.
  8. USA Today ranks their top 50 prospects....... NFL draft: Ranking top 50 prospects for 2021 in QB-heavy class (usatoday.com)
  9. Too many red flags on Dickerson for me.... Same for Oweh.
  10. No. I'm sure it's something that will piss me off.
  11. How about that! That bats woke up. Hitters were patient. Means pitched great. The O's should keep him. Eventually they will have to keep good players or it becomes a 10 year rebuild.
  12. It's their job to show up at the office like it or not.
  13. Yea...the pitching too. At least Hyde sees and points out what is wrong with the offense. I thought they were swinging at anything so pitchers kept throwing junk....which they swung at.
  14. 3-1 loss to the Mariners. I watched the game. The Orioles have little discipline at the plate. They will swing at anything. The Mariners won't. Make the pitchers pitch. Camden Yards looked nice....very inviting.
  15. I hear that the Republicans will not show up for Biden's address to Congress. Critical issues that face our country will be presented. Existential issues. America's path into the future to address these issues will be presented. A path that all of them must come together on now or it's over. Who do they serve? America, us or Trump? Eternal shame on all their names and legacies for not seizing the moment. They abandoned the American people and the world. Turned their back on us for their personal petty bullshit.
  16. So true................unfortunateloy.... Available $$$ ? A Drop in the bucket......
  17. Eric stayed true and won. No Cap jail for the Ravens so they can stay competitive. Lamar and Andrews are coming due.
  18. Chiefs still have to sign him................. They have to hit Cap Jail someday. Plus they lose a lot of drat capital.
  19. They took over Dicks Sporting goods. Even while shopping, they continue to work out.
  20. I understand why this had to be done yet I will really miss Zeus Jr. The team will too. He was a lightning rod on that O line and played at a high level. He is Ravens family. And to the Chiefs! The Ravens really helped them out and hurt themselves when they play KC. He stands a very good chance of getting a SB ring there. The Ravens got great value for him. They turned a 3rd round pick into gold.
  21. .............. While Davenport notes that Jackson didn’t have his best season in 2020 and his passing numbers are modest compared to other quarterbacks, he also says that there’s no denying the results that Jackson has produced, especially in the regular season. Jackson has put up 7,085 passing yards to go along with 2,906 rushing yards in his short NFL career. He’s scored 87 total touchdowns and is a threat to score from anywhere on the field. There’s no limit to how great Jackson can be, and through his first three years he’s shown that he deserves to be recognized as the best player under 25 in the league. Davenport showed love for other young Ravens players on his list, ranking the 24-year-old Marlon Humphrey at No. 8 and the 24-year-old Orlando Brown Jr. in his No. 9 spot. Regardless of where Brown ends up in 2021, having three of the top 10 players on a list of top young talent is a testament to how Eric DeCosta and company have been able to identify skill in the draft....Lamar Jackson ranked as best player under age 25 by Bleacher Report (usatoday.com)
  22. Payne???? Please note: There will be a fabulous ER prize for the poster who correctly picks who the Ravens draft in the 6th round.
  23. Good find. Also... The "Us vs Them" senario, with "Them" being the bad guys, has been around forever in all levels of society. "If They get in control we're fucked!" What about everybody working together for the common good. How radical is that!
  24. I watched this from 12:00pm until 6 pm and learned so much. The kids know. They know they have no future. Far too few adults know or care. There is hope. The solutions exist. We know how to change and create the needed technology. We know how to correct the soil conditions for farming. If you are not aware, the earth will run out of farmable soil in 60 years if nothing changes. 40% of the food that is harvested is wasted. We know the earths cooling system (the Artic Ice) is going away rapidly. There will be serious ramifications. The financial sector is already turning to green investments. This will force change. Where the money goes, we go. Biden made powerful commitments today that must be kept or ....we're done. But he made them with conviction which is huge. Congress mustjoin in the fight to stop and existential event from coming to fruition. We have this decade, until 2030, to avoid catastrophe. Biden's plan is ambitious, but not ambitious enough....yet it's a huge step in the right direction. We lost 4 valuable years. Fortunately many states began to take action and measures towards global warming so all was not lost.
