Webb is getting picked on. Landry still can't tackle or read a defense. Ellerbe is a moron.
And Cam is still so stuck on "doing what they don't expect" he forgets to DO WHAT WORKS. Where is Rice after his 3 solid carries to start the game? Anyone? Ray? Rice? Hello?Oh, well, they must be "expecting him" so a wild and crazy reverse screen to McClain seems much more fun.
This and not even one pass to Boldin, sigh.

In Flaccos rookie year he was fare better away than at home.. and his arguably two best Steeler games was also away.. in the regular season 2008+9.

It's VERY difficult to beat the home team in a Thursday night game, the day of travel on a 3 day rest week really screws the away team. The schedule makers really hate us this year, playing 2 teams who come off their byes and now an Away game on a Thursday...
Difficult, still the away team lead 16-14 overall in a thursday nigth game. Well Falcons is probably likely to be favourite.
Then we have ten days to play at Carolina.. if we win that game, and I see no reason to why not, then a win against Bucs and we are ready to care of the Steelers. I say 3-1 in those four games and 9-3, before the last four.
Btw Carolina is the only team Ravens never has beaten in the regular season or PO.

"He should have thrown for 4 TD's Sunday"...He's just Cams pupet game manager"...."He'll never be Elite"...can't read the field...too slow in his progressions...only looks for the checkdown...won't throw in the redzone..

Did you notice the Dolphins trying (obviously unsuccessfully) to call a time out right before the play.
That was a hard run.. think it was 10 yards.

Yea...there were some negatives or this would have been something like 38-10.
What I like/don't like is this team has not had a complete game yet...meaning offense, defense and special teams all having a solid day at once.
The Ravens haven't peaked yet...lots of football nleft for them to get better...and they are getting better IMO.
Thank you Eagles...Colts just lost! That's what pressure from a front 4 will get you...a Peyton Manning who has a bad game.
The broncos game was a day when all units contributed.
This one.. Solid D, promising thing from ST, dominating offense, except from RZ. Overall it was a perfect game, and I love the TOP dominans, that migth benefit our defense in Atlanta.

Crazy match for Sam, that pass was his only possible punt opportunity, so no punts! I wonder if that is the first time we ever had a game like that, when leading from the start of the day and no punts?

This is the best Dolphins team that they have faced in awhile. Marshall is right...a defining game for them. Either they can hang with the big boys or go back to the drawing board.
The Ravens will get their best shot...they...in return...will get the Ravens. I expect a close one.
On the other hand...everybodies playing 'must win' games so that doesn't scare me.
A L here, and then another L four days later in Atlanta, and we are pretty much out of the race, at least it is uphill, so this is a must win for us.

Dilfer was the worst QB in the modern era to play in a SB.
He had some great tools;
A top five ST.
The best runninggame, Jamal, Priest, Femi and Gash.. I take that 2000 group over pretty much any other since, not only here.
The best TE duo, Sharpe 8 PBs, Coates 5 PBs.
One of the Best OLs including the best LT.
WRs not impressive, not terrible leaving only Dilfer as terrible.
And a pretty good defense.

Last year the top 8 passingteam had a record of 93-35, just now the top 8 are 20-32. And teams with good Ds are leading the powerrankings. So maybe there is still some hope for defense.
