I like the idea of West. West is 5'9" 230lbs. At that ht wt ratio, that's a big man and he retains 4.54 speed. Rice is a smaller back and pierce is 6 foot 230. So I think West can pound a lil bit. Plus he showed at his workout that he can catch. It was in the rain. Sometimes it's not good to play in your hometown but if he's not the starter, then why not?

I don't give a shit what the experts say! I put more stock in all of your opinions. And I'm riding solo on this one. It's cool with me and my opinion hasn't changed. Williamson is the same guy who said the Ravens had no chance in Denver in Jan 2013. Just because any of those guys say it doesn't make it fact. It's opinion and mine hasn't changed. Lol! Williamson! Lol!

I agree with you. You have to pick your spots. Maybe it was better to retain Cody so we weren't forced to draft a DT. Next yr may be the yr for that if the right guy doesn't fall to usMaybe. But only so many draft picks. Every pick used on one position is unavailable for another. And I think it's even more of a stretch to say that we'd find equal value in an unrestricted free agent or undrafted rookie.

I'm glad they got that poll right. Johnny U was before my time but my Pops loved him. So I used to love to listen to him talk about him, Berry, Moore, Mackey, Gino, Art and the boys. I always fear that people believe the hype and would vote Brady number 1. I see so called experts saying it so much. Brady or Manning. The public deserves a pat on the back for seeing thru the bullshit and remembering Johnny U and Joe Montana too.

I'm sure of that.Some times when coaches are talking to the media, they are taking to their players. I think this is the case here, hoping Miles hears this and steps his game up; time will tell.

Not trying to dog Plax but he proved he wasn't so bright in his rookie yr.The answer to that is NO, I wouldn't trade him for a #17 pick, there's no assurance that any of these guys are gonna be as good as him at the pro level and we know what we got in him....I agree with Crav on this one though, that drafting another good prospect would enhance TS's game for the future, because Steve will be here 1-2 yrs if he can continue to produce......I got high hopes for Marlon too though. he reminds me of Plax, just hope he don't shoot himself in the leg like he did, lol....

last 5 was great.Not just the playoff run, how about from 2008 til last year. 3 afccg 5 trips to the playoffs, a playoff win in each year. It's been a he'll of a run, and on paper we just reloaded for the next 5 year run.

You're right. It's worth it.that's after 3 restructures and the final years of his deal. His actual number is around 14 without the restructuring and he has 2 rings and another appearance so even if he was at 18 it would be worth it.

School I was talking about the questions I posed on if you would trade him for the 31st pick in this yr's draft.
I know he's our number one because he's in the slot. But on more than half the teams in the league he'd be the number 1.
He's never going to be Megatron.
It's your opinions my fellow Ravenites. You guys need to see more. I think you will this season. I'm seeing it already but that's me. I'm not Cravn positive but I am a glass half full guy and maybe that's why. Torrey ascends into everyone's top 10 this yr and pro bowler
