vmax
I think it's too soon.... The Ravens won’t wait long to honor perhaps their greatest player of all time. The team will immortalize retired linebacker Ray Lewis in a Ring of Honor ceremony on Sunday, Sept. 22, during a Week 3 game against the Houston Texans.Lewis will be honored on the same day the Ravens take on his departed defensive partner of destruction, safety Ed Reed. Reed signed with the Texans this offseason.http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000217930/article/ray-lewis-to-be-inducted-into-ravens-ring-of-honor
papasmurfbell
Why? JO was up a few games after he was retired. There are some that don't need to wait.

Geronimo
I know they picked this game partly because Ed Reed now plays for the Texans, but don't be surprised if Reed doesn't even play in the game. he waited awhile to get that hip taken care of and now he might be on that PUP list to start the season. Ed Reed pulled a fast one on the texans.
