Redman looks to be in great shape as does Dwyer both look to be in the best physical condition since becoming Steelers. Lamaar Woodley looks to have learned his lesson and has showed up looking a lot better then last year. TE David Paulson has added weight and now looks like a TE and not a wr. Shamarko Thomas looks like a freak from what I've read and seen. Also everyone is commenting on how thick Wheaton looks. Big Ben looks to be in great shape as well. Now working out doesn't always translate onto the field but at least these guys have put in the time. The Rooneys really want the team to take every precaution they can when it comes to health. Tomlin has changed a lot of the work out as well.
