With the 11.5 million he is due this year that will put him at 76 million made of his 102 million dollar contract. The previous record for moneyade off a single contract was McNabb at 69 million. Imo Ben has been worth every penny of his deal.

Ben still has more wins then loses against the ravens and is 2-0 in the playoffs against them. It's pretty crazy though you hear of these monster deals and until now nobody has gotten over 70 million.

He might have been worth his money earlier in the contract. I think he's becoming more of a liability as the years go on. I thought Pit management might draft his eventual replacement this year but nope.

They got three or four more years before they have to worry about that. Last year was a freak injury and Ben was having his best season ever and was in the mvp talks. The hit he took had nothing to do with conditioning or anything else.

Speaking of Ben I'm sitting here watching the Steelers and he looks to be in phenomenal shape this year.

Yeah Ben didn't continually answer the Broncos and he didn't throw a perfect game tying td to catch. Also don't forget ward dropped a pass with seconds left that would have put them in field goal range. Let's not forget Ben doesn't play defense and didn't call a hpriible game from the DC position.

Yeah he said the knee is fine as did Ben and the trainer.

Also Ben is finally doing all the right things. With Wheaton graduting in late June he was a little behind so Ben called him up and they worked on a lit just the two of them. He is really stepping up as the leader of the team.
