You've never heard of them? He's been a mainstay on ESPN for years, probably a decade now. The blog/site are huge.

 

They don't just judge, but also give some insight about making, changes, exceptions, etc. (Like how the yanks are the only team who get to have the mlb logo in all blue instead of red and blue.) They also track small changes. Just interesting to read sometimes.
