vmax
Maybe he'll light a fire under Suggs...got to improve the QB pressures. ...Suggs. “Coach Monachino challenged me to be the best I could be every practice, every game and every day. He is a perfectionist who will get the best out of all of us. I am really excited to work with him again.”Being an outside linebackers coach means that Monachino will focus on the Ravens’ hybrid edge rushers. Last year, coordinator Greg Mattison took a large part of that role, working individually with Suggs, Paul Kruger and William VanDeSteeg in practice.http://blogs.baltimoreravens.com/?p=3885

ForceEight
This is all about Suggs, because Monachino was the defensive line coach at Arizona State when Suggs was playing there.

Right, that was the headline. But I'm sure we're hoping he'll help also help develop the rest of our pass-rushers (or linebackers) as well.
