TBird Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Ravens can go from worse to first this weekend? Looking ahead to NEXT weekend, can Joe Flacco and the offense keep up with Drew Brees and the Saints in the dome on Monday Night Football? The Ravens are on a much-needed bye this week, but hopefully they can pick up some ground in the division anyway. Bert locks it up, saying that every AFC North team will lose this week (which should horrify all purple faithful, due to Bert’s awful lock it up record). If Bert is proven right, the Ravens can go from worst to first this weekend. Quote
JPPT1974 Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 It started with the Titans victory! Indeed it can go from worst to first indeed! Quote
dc. Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 Mathematically, easy. We're technically only half a game behind the Browns because they've played one less than us. As that evens up this week, a loss by the Browns would tie then with us and we own the tie break. The Steelers and Cincy are statistically when to us, so their losses would put us ahead. Even if any or all of them win, at worst we're one game out of a tie. Quote

TBird Posted November 16, 2014 Author Posted November 16, 2014 WOW - So much for parity but how about them Browns. It might be time to change our opinion ofthem. Pettine is doing a great job. He was Rex's right hand up there, then went to Buffalo andgot the Browns job by default. No one else wanted it-lol. Didn't Kubiak turn it down? Quote
GrubberRaven Posted November 16, 2014 Posted November 16, 2014 I don't see Pitt losing to TN this weekend... Quote
