cravnravn Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 3. Start off fast. The Ravens' biggest problem this season has been finishing games. But that won't matter if they sputter early against the Saints, who have outscored teams 95-32 in the first quarter. http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/bs-sp-three-things-right-1217-20101216,0,5096737.story That is so big, we keep them out of the endzone in the first quarter, it could be the changing point in our season. yagersports Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 I really hope this can be a statement win. I want a dominating performance. Control of the game from start to finish will do for me, I don't need or expect us to blow this team out. If we want to be serious contenders in the playoffs, we need to beat a team in every phase of the game.....a legit team. Quote
vmax Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Ball control will be huge too because the D will be running their ass off. Quote
Guest BallTMore Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 Legit teams are rarely dominated. Don't expect the Saints to lay down at any point during this game. If we win, it won't be an ass-whopping like we are all hoping for (My heart could use a relaxing weekend). I'll take an ugly win, a real ugly win. I don't care, just find a way to get the W Sunday.
