In short, they were ashamed of their behavior and allegiance to the Big Lie. They booed her too, as the shame of the Big Lie, that they have consistently supported and pushed, dripped down their lying faces. They have been supporting the Lie so long that they will not admit the truth for to do so would be a public admittance that they are liars.
