The price is not right; 1st or 2nd round draft pick plus a new contract...and he wants serious money.

And the player might not be right. He's a 4-3 DE. For the price they would pay him he needs to be on the field for 3 downs. I think his production in a 3-4 would decline by 50%. I could be wrong on that but that's my thoughts for now.

I agree, and I'm sure it will come to that. I betting the market for him isn't huge and I'm betting their isn't going to be the interest that he or the Giants thought would be ojt there.

Yea that's what I heard as well. He'd be exposed in the 3-4, especially against the run.
