Colts- Taylor reach a deal

So, so much for a trade, one has to wonder why this took so long?

Was this the deal they offered earlier this year?

Why give the deal at all?  They have the #3 rusher now.   What will they get out of using all this cap space?  Maybe a trade but who will give a boat load for a RB?

Yeah, I don't understand why they went for the deal. Two good runners, on cheap deals, makes little sense. Even if they get a low draft pick or let hom walk and get a 4th round comp pick would have been better.
