But the 9ers are eating a ton of dead money. 1 year left on his deal at 17.5 mil for a player who has missed parts of or all of a lot games the past few years. if healthy, he will be a nice addition and surely extended to lower that cap #. If healthy, he would have flourished in the Ravens system, but that is a big IF Quote San Francisco will absorb a $31,550,012 dead money hit on this year's salary cap. Samuel, who has one year remaining on his contract, will count $17.5 million on Washington's salary cap. It's possible the Commanders extend his deal. Quote
