Had he signed Mincah last year, Parsons would still hold out to get more money this year after the other ends got paid more

No.  Jerry has played this very poorly.  He waited on dak, cece, and Micah.  Each will cost him at a min 10% more than if they had just inked them sooner.  The team needs to be torn down.  Having 3 guys eat up like 60% of your cap is not tenable.

I agree about the cap. But how many times have we seen a player get paid top dollar one year, then watch another player get more, only to have player A comeback a year later, 2 years later and want more?

Maybe Jerry just wants to make sure his player is the highest at a position.

I do agree, that team is soft, so much talent and even when healthy they cant win anything. Been that way for decades, since their last super bowl.
