tsylvester Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago This time for a cornerback, Trent McDuffie, who is in the last year of his rookie deal. They gave up "a 2026 first-round pick (No. 29), fifth- and sixth-round picks in this year's draft, and a 2027 third-round pick." To say that they are all in on a Super Bowl is quite ridiculous, Stafford is still good but should we forget his back issues just prior to the start of last season? Will they flare up again, only stay this time as they often do with age? One reason the Rams have been so good over the past 10 years or so is because they have hit on key draft picks, which has helped them pay for other players like Stafford, a left tackle, a defensive end, and of course, their stud defensive tackle who retired a few years ago. Drafting quality was the only way they were able to sustain winning after they gave up on 2 drafts to get Stafford. Yes, you can stick your hand in a basket with a rattle snake in it once and not get bit, do it twice, um, hope you have the anti-venom handy Quote
papasmurfbell Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago They hit huge on late picks. They do what we used to. Quote
