vmax Posted October 14, 2012 Posted October 14, 2012 I thought their best chance to make the playoffs was to get off to a strong start. Other than Oakland and KC they have a tough schedule from here on out. At 3-3, the Bengals have now lost to teams the last two weeks that had the top eight picks in the draft. With a three-game run of the Steelers, Broncos and Giants in the next four weeks, any hopes of ending that 30-year drought of making back-to-back playoff appearances seems dim. The Bengals lost this one despite forcing the Browns into three straight three-and-outs and with Trent Richardson on the bench with what was called a flank injury. Andy Dalton threw for 335 yards and three touchdowns – two to A.J. Green and a 55-yarder to Jermaine Gresham that is the longest of his career. He also threw his third Pick Six of the season, this one to the Browns Sheldon Brown which gave Cleveland a 34-17 lead in the fourth.http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20121014/SPT02/310140023/Turnovers-doom-Bengals-loss-Browns?odyssey=tab%7Ctopnews%7Ctext%7CBengals&nclick_check=1 Quote
