Desmond Bryant lives in a condo in Aventura, Fla. About 5:30 a.m. on a Sunday after a night of drinking on South Beach, police say, Bryant showed up "extremely intoxicated" to a North Miami Beach house.

He thought it was his home, according to the police report obtained by the Miami Herald.

He banged and yelled and even pulled off a door handle as the homeowner tried to keep him out, a lawsuit the family just filed alleges.

A couple weeks later the 6-6, 300-pound defensive tackle signed a five-year, $34 million deal with the Browns, including $15 million guaranteed.
