  1. It's a good start, get em signed early from NFL DOT COM

The Ravens also signed offensive tackle Roger Rosengarten (No. 62 overall), CB T.J. Tampa (No. 130) and safety Kane Sanoussi (No. 250).

They also got a roster exemption for Ojoba, they can carry 91 players now through the summer.

  2. Houston has to prove that they aren't a one hit wonder, can they play that well again?

Cincy has to prove it can stay healthy, jeepers, when they can they are a top team, but as they say, availability is the best ability.

But Lamar vs Patrick is always a thrilling game and money grab for the league & networks

  3. Well we still need a return man, punts and kickoffs, Hardy is an option but either of the receivers could give him a run for his money.

Special teams was a weak spot last year, blocked kicks, big returns.

Sure they got a bit better later in the year, but with all of the loses, these new recruits may make up the team.

Grade was highly thought of.  I’m surprised he didn’t get selected.

I think he just got lost in the shuffle, a few runs of different positions, he was what, thought of as a 5th rounder? Just got lost, Ravens will be happy. At the least, a special teams player, maybe good depth at safety

  5. Too soon to really grade them, but on the surface, I would say a solid B+, maybe even an A, they landed two players the had rated high on their boards and who also filled a need.

They should be great rotstional players to start, and be solid starters shortly.

If they get the receiver to be a quality 3rd or 4th, as I suspsect, then yeah, A+.

Of the street free agents, again too early, some may change their minds, sign elsewhere.

But the Ravens are excellent at finding a Dimond in the rough or two. Some will fill out special teams, given how many players the Ravens lost to free agency. One maybe two, a runningback & or defensive player is likely to stick.

Someone like Jamion Franklin, dt, 6'-2", 309, could stick as a rotational defensive tackle.

  6. In agreement so far, minds could change, more will be added I'm sure.

Family member on staff? Why draft a guy who was likely to go undrafted?  Members, no biggie

2018 (N.C. State): Redshirted. 2019 (N.C. State): Started 5 of 8 games played (101-210-48.1, 1,219 yards, 8 TDs, 5 INTs).  2020 (N.C. State): Started 3 of 4 games played (66-110-60.0, 890 yards, 8 TDs, 2 INTs). Missed the opener because of COVID-19 protocols. Missed the end of the season with a fractured left fibula.  2021 (N.C. State): Ranked 10th in the FBS with 35 passing TDs, a school single-season record. Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award finalist. Started all 12 games (283-431-65.7, 3,433 yards, 5 INTs).   2022 (N.C. State): Started the first 6 games (118-193-61.1, 1,265 yards, 11 TDs, 4 INTs passing; 3 rushing TDs). Missed the second half of the season with a torn right pectoral muscle.  2023: Started all 13 games (209-371-56.3, 2,746 yards, 25 TDs, 12 INTs; rushing TD). Writes with his left hand but learned to throw a ball with his right because he used his brother's right-handed baseball glove as a kid. Brother, Donovan, plays QB at Illinois.

  8. He is no Perryman, while he does need to work on his hands, alot of those drops were from him trying to do too much after the NCAA, suspended him for some bogus reason about transferring.

His speed, likely our kickoff return guy, will open up the field.

  9. Ali's tape is a fun watch. He's a loose-limbed runner with a blend of instincts and agility that create an admirable rate of consistency relative to the inconsistency of the blocking in front of him. He does a nice job of reading his blocks and shifting speeds to get where he needs to go, but his wiggle and run strength are just average by NFL standards. Ali doesn't appear to have enough acceleration or speed to rush away from speedy defenders, but he is a natural one-cut back. His touchdown production and third-down ability could improve his chances of finding work as an RB3

  10. 5th round

    Rb Rasheen Ali, Marshall

2020: Played in 6 games as a reserve (5-22-4.4 rushing; 4-76-19.0 KR)  2021: First-team All-Conference USA. Team Most Valuable Player. Led the FBS with 25 total TDs (23 rushing, 1 receiving, 1 KR), ranked 10th with 1,401 rushing yards (250 carries, 5.6 per). Played in all 13 games (46-342-7.4 receiving; 97-yard KR TD).  2022: Took a leave of absence to start the season. Returned to play in the final 3 games as a reserve (47-273-5.8, TD rushing; 2-10-5.0, TD receiving).  2023: Second-team All-Sun Belt Conference. Led the team with 1,135 rushing yards (212 carries, 5.4 per), 15 rushing TDs. Played in 12 games (28-213-7.6, TD receiving). Suffered ruptured biceps tendon at 2024 Senior Bowl

  11. 4th round, TJ Tampa, corner, Iowa St.

    A converted wide out

Tampa's slide is among the more surprising ones so far, as he has the length and coverage feel to be a good man corner. He's still a bit raw as a converted receiver but might vastly outplay his draft position. The Ravens often scoop up sliders such as this. -- by Eric Edholm

I got what I asked for.  Isaac is interesting.  Another psu guy but maybe has more than just potential.

Another wasted PSU pick, man. I get it, 3rd round, slim Pickens, but at least take a chance on a player from another school.

They may already have their guard in Rosengarden, I know that they were high on him and claim to want to give him reps at left tackle as compete for the right tackle spot.

But he is not a very good run blocker, more of a finesse blocker. True, never gave up a sack, but then it's the pack 12, or was, and they moved Penix around a lot.

  13. Oops, Iggles trade up to nab DeJean...

I wish they would stop thanking Detroit, man, every draft pick? Just announce the pick move along.

The draft was so much better back in the day.
