  1. Good snap, ok hold, extra point is good, 14-3 Ravens
  2. Ravens travel Henry again, touchdown Ravens!
  3. Parsons chases Lamar from the pocket, Lamar gets forced out after 1 yard Lamar to Algholar, he breaks a tackle, streaks 51 yards down the sideline to the 3! Henry to the 2
  4. Henry off of the left side, good for 4 Shot gun, hands to Henry off of the right, slips trying to cut, had some good running room too 3rd and 3 Lamar on read option off of the right side, breaks a tackle good for 4
  5. Oh no, 65 yard field goal try is good! Wow 7-3 Ravens
  6. Empty backfield, all day, throws over the middle into double coverage, incomplete 3rd and 9, no time, VanNoy with the sack, punt time
  7. Tucker forces a touchback Pierce with the tackle, 5 yards down field. Roll out pass to a fullback covered by Hamilton for 17 yards, perfect pass Vaughn with the carry for no gain
  8. Wow, they can't come up with different shows, another bay watch, really? Yawn
  9. 5 plays, 71 yards, 7 pts, 7-0 Ravens 9:36 left in the first quarter
  10. Hill is really improved ad a runner over the years, running with attitude now as opposed to running scared. Big play to Kolar on the back side put the Ravens at the 10, a read option Lamar keeps it, touchdown Ravens!
  11. Excellent first series for the defense, the rookie even started on the corner. Humph looks like he got his groove back, staying with Cooks, knocking the ball down forcing a punt. Great pressure on the pocket, sticking with tight coverage makes Dak an unhappy boy.. Now for the offense...
  12. Oh bother, Brady is on this game? Oy
  13. Just not sure how you shut down a passing attack in the first half, then can't cover a hot dog wrapper blowing in a gentle breeze. Fun fact, when teams use play action against the Ravens defense, qbs are completing 100% of their passes, per Espn.. It clearly isn't the loss of Geno, shoot he was having his issues with the KC passing game with.. But they better fix this issue quickly, before we know it it will be Christmas and the losses will fill the stockings
  14. The pressure on the pocket has been spotty, even with the 5 sacks last week. But also true, the coverage, whether man or zone, they appear to be just waiting/watching the receivers catch and then tackle.
  15. On Humph's pod cast he said they are asking them selves if they are a good team that almost won, could have won 2 games or are they really just a bad team. He then stated that Williams spoke up and said when he was NO, they too once started 0-2, then preceeded to win 10 straight. That seemed to park the team up. The 2ndary while appearing bad, did do one heck of a job for 3 quarters of the Raider game and most of the Kc game. As for Hamilton, I saw him flash on the screen a few times, blitzing, but Minshew rolled away from him. Saw him cover a tightend once, but you are correct, he has been a ghost it seems. Orr should gets things straightened out, right?
  16. 4:25 pm, one team still picking up pieces of their pants after getting slobber knocked. The other still scratching their heads after another 4th quarter collapse. Which team is more desperate may be the best question. So many questions buzzing around each team, starting 0-2 used spell doom for a team's hopes of making the playoffs. Now with the extra games, and recent history by other teams, it still appears to be a realistic dream. But, you knew that was coming, starting 0-3, well, now the playoffs may be an mirage. The Cowboys are a real good regular season team. A passing attack that is one of the best in the league. This does not spell hope for a secondary that has performed far below their skill level. A pass rush that, when motivated, is one of the best as well. This has got to keep the Ravens offensive line up all night with nightmares. Lamar may want to practice waving rhe white flag. Frankly, I was wwwwrong about last week, a get right game. They got it wrong, so too did I. I figured after getting in their groove again the Raiders, they would roll the Boys. But now, who knows..m Whatcha got?
  17. Yeah I'm starting to think that way also. A lot more players are making noise via their internet sites than usual. Keeping some players on the bench when they could be more helpful for some odd reason does not help
  18. Yeah I knew it was up there, I remember last year there was talk about this and the 4th quarter blown leads, passing when they should be running This of course falls between Lamar and the oc, was it a called pass or an audible. I tried to point some out in this game thread as they were happening, but all we really know is that an audible was called, not what the play was changed to.. I know at Georgia, Stetson Bennit would audible out of a run play to pass. Kirby was always yanking him off the field, telling him to run the run play to wear out the defense, eat clock. I wonder if Harbs has the stones to do that to Lamar in the 4th quarters to run the day gom ball... Todd knows how to finish off games, especially when you have a bell cow like Henry
  19. What is it, 7 blown double digit leads in the 2nd half? With 2 different defensive and offensive coordinator's in the past 3 years or so. The only 2 common denominator are Lamar and Harbs. Hmmmm
  20. Dolphins signed Huntley off of the practice squad, thankfully
  21. As usual Mikey bag of donuts is a dozen short of a brain. Lazy writing by him, no surprise. The stadium was loud at times, as heard over the tele. But what does that have to do with coaching? No adjustments on offense? They drove the field numerous times in the 2nd half thanks to a change in how they run; running left, running sweeps, with Henry; all of his yards came in the 2nd half. No energy Mikey? 5 sacks, those dont come unless you have passion and energy, not too mention all of the tackles for a loss. Where Mike is correct and failed to go the counter to order is coaching, head coaching. Go far enough Mikey to call his name into account, because he was the one lost today and his team played like it, even with the aforementioned plays. But none of that has anything to do with fans. It has to do with coaching how to cover. But then there were no rookies playing in the secondary, so they all should know how to cover
  22. Yes, Tucker is automatic inside 50, but now 1 for 7 from 50 and beyond. Today is was one reason this team lost the game. Staying with kicking, Stout was anything but, today averaging 43 per, with one going only 20 when the Ravens really needed him to boom one. On the season so far, averaging just 37, with 2 inside the 20. His rookie year, 2022, he averaged 45 yards, with 7 touchbacks and 26 inside the 20. Last year, a bit better, 5 touchbacks, 28 inside the 20. His net yards has also gone down each year. Sure, that can be semantics as it is based on coverage. But hang time plays a big role in coverage, so keep that in mind, 40, 39, and 37 this year so far. I know, I am eating my words right now saying it is only game 2, Stout has time to work things out. Getting run into doesn't help, the blocking has been suspect. But they got him for yes, dropping it I side the 20 when a drive stalls around the 50. But more so for when the team is pinned inside its own 20 and they need the field flipped. Today was not the first game he has failed to flip the field. It has been low punts that go far but allow for big returns. Today's 20 yard punt at the worst time, with less than 3 mins left and a one score game, ouch. As with Tucker's miss in the first half, that last punt also played a big role in the loss. Time will tell but we may be seeing the end of a punter and kicker here if they can't turn this around. They will be needed if this offense and defense can get things worked out and the team makes a run toward the playoffs.

  23. 1 second, time out, Raiders Yes, players have to play, a coach's job is to put them in a position to succeed, but you also have to teach them how to make good decisions, and they are not making smart decisions. Lamar runs down field, pitches it to Hill who tries to throw it, toward to Staney, game over
  24. Time out Vegas 3rd and 10 Throws deep right sideline to Likely who leaps to catch it, defender hits him ball falls out
  25. It comes down to bad decisions by the players, by the coaches Lamar fires over the middle to Andrews for 11, spikes the ball 14 seconds Cheese and crackers, he holds the ball and scrambles then throws it away 7 seconds
