I've spent most of this year living on 2 game parlays, we get paid out 3-1 instead of the typical 2 1/2. Did very well until week 14 and 15, right now i'm only up about $30. Bama last night was too easy.

I believe the O's did want him, but I do believe the caved to his demands, I promise not one person WANTED to sign him to THAT contract, and maybe you are right, and the signed him due to fear, not of having him, but of someone else having him, but I don't know if that's the best way to do business. I also don't know if thats what happened. Also I can't tell you whether it ties our hands or not, if I'm correct our salary hasn't been over 80Mil, and if it has not in a while, so 10 mill of 70mill? While I am very happy with the direction the O's are moving in and the steps they are taking to do so I can't see why this is anything more the a mediocre move at best. Brob is what 31 or 32? While I think this would of been a great move 2 years ago, now it does nothing for me. I don't even think my thoughts on this are affected by the fact I consider him a roid using cheater, I think it's just signing 30+ to a long term contract while rebuilding is somewhat worthless, we should be looking to have a new 2nd basemen within 2 years, not 4.

Only the flaw is I'm sure the Preakness has crazy has been going on for more than last 10 years and really prior to that who are you blaming? 10 years ago you had Death Row (2pac, Snoop, etc.) and Biggie and besides them most rap music was pretty positive. Is all the stuff about Ray refusing the home town discount and seeming to only really care about the money at this point due to him having huge money troubles? I'm not sure how much of these things are true, but I've heard several things that could easily make this true. First that he recently or some what recently paid a big settlement to peoplein regards to the Atlanta thing, and second because we had A LOT(like the 5-8 range) of kids and many are with different women. I was just wondering anyone knows anything about these things, because if they are it makes sense the way he acting right now, and also could make our job of keeping him around if it really is about EVERY dollar.

Mornings is always WBAL, if only because Conan/Poker After dark is normally the last thing I watch. Daytime is a either WBAL, because I don't watch TV during the day, so it's the the reason as above, or it's WJZ because it comes on an hour earlier than the rest. Prime time I don't watch.

When on earth did I call anyone an elitist but force? If you want to join yourself in that's your own problem, but you shouldn't join fellow board members in when you do it.
