  1. But if you do what they do then why can't the Ravens be like NE?
  2. Why would anyone be upset to lose Bell in FA. One he is a late 20s RB. Two he has been dinged up from time to time. Three he has been susp a few times and the next will be long term. Four he is to damned expensive and this team is rebuilding.
  3. I agree. That is a stupid deal. It will bite NY in the ass. Better them than us. It is why the Jets are alwasy a crap team.
  4. Cle wins the div hands down. The question is how far in the PO can they go? They have the offensive firepower to be very scary to many teams. They can go score for score with KC and I think have a better D.
  5. Absolutely. This is rebuild. Go all in. I would expect word on Stanley soon. This is so much smarter a move then what Ozzie did. Nope. They are not working for 2019. They are working for the long term future. I was looking for a history on Eric pre Ravens. Wiki seems to be the only one I can find. The problem is it has him coming from Trinity College then the Ravens. I just was not sure if there was a landing between and when it happened. I am loving Eric's approach. You can't get killed in the cap no matter who the player is. That was one of Ozzie's great failings. It is why the cap was always a shambles. This approach really reminds me of Bil in NE. Ppl were flipping out bc his OT just left. He doesn't care. NE with the size of that deal will get a 3rd round comp pick for a dude they created. NE has so much draft equity this yr and almost every yr. They also alwasy win. Copy the strategy.
  6. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/03/12/bills-expected-to-add-wideout-john-brown/ Looks like Brown is gone too.
  7. https://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/report-za-darius-smith-headed-to-packers Maybe one more comp pick.
  8. I don't think it was a smart signing.
  9. https://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/2018-ravens-free-agency-rumor-mill Get that comp pick. BTW I said yrs ago that the Ravens should have traded Suggs to Zona for a huge haul.

BALTIMORE RAVENS: CLELIN FERRELL, EDGE (Photo: Cory Fravel, 247Sports) The Ravens could potentially lose multiple pieces on defense this offseason. Baltimore will surely need to add some pass-rush help.
  11. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/ravens-brandon-carr-sticking-in-baltimore/ Smart move. I think this means Jimmy maybe leaving for sure.
  12. That sounds good. He is a mountain.
  13. https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/chris-moore/ Not a single one. That was shocking to me. If you give him a catchable ball he will snag the damned thing.

  15. Sean Lee and Carlos Dunlap came after Kindle. I know Dunlap would be a stud. Golden Tate was a little after Cody. He would have been the best WR the Ravens ever drafted. They also whiffed on Ed Dickson in the 3rd and could have had Emanual Sanders Navaro Bowman, or Jimmy Graham. To be honest that draft was thin.
  16. That was poor due diligence. It was obvious Kindle had a drinking issue but Ozzie ignored it. Cody was a tub of goo and was not likely to be good.

  18. It reminds me of the moves from last yr. They had never done that before. Could that be Eric's doing? I like the moves. Not getting a QB why get the 5th yr option? Imagine it going: OL, WR, OL, pass rush, S, pass rush, QB, WR, RB, DL, MLB

  20. Agreed.
  21. I have seen him a few times. If he only projects to OT then pass. If he can play OG also then I think he could be a real good pick.
  22. https://www.valenciavoice.com/maldos-mock-draft-1-0/ I don't like this choice.
  23. He has primarily been a C. I still don't believe in that 1st round valuation of them.
