Yup I agree..And it dosent change the fact you have 2 prima-donas WR's, 1 ball and a QB that is pretty beat up..I see an explosion in the Queen City probably Octoberish.

Joe Flacco, Year 3 Want to know how “Joe Cool” has progressed in the spring and summer heat? Take a look at his actions at the line of scrimmage. Flacco took command of the Ravens’ offense last year as Coordinator Cam Cameron opened up the playbook more, but this season should be the young quarterback’s coming out party. During OTAs, it was obvious that Flacco was really comfortable. Even with all the new additions, like receivers Anquan Boldin and Donte’ Stallworth or tight ends Ed Dickson and Dennis Pitta, learning the offense, Flacco was quick to tell guys where to line up, quick to get in and out of the huddle. Considering he’s held a few throwing sessions with his new targets since the end of OTAs, expect Flacco to look as cool as ever out there. http://blogs.baltimoreravens.com/2010/07/25/10-things-to-watch-at-training-camp/

Multiple media reports have stated that rookie defensive tackle Terrence Cody agreed to terms on a four-year contract with the Ravens, potentially solidifying what could be one of the most impenetrable front walls in the NFL. Cody is expected to report to training camp in Westminster, Md., on time. The 57th-overall draft pick was impressive during the offseason in organized team activities, but was really eager to show what he could do in training camp when the pads come on. At 6-foot-4, 349 pounds, Cody is an imposing monster that can team with 345-pound Haloti Ngata on a Ravens’ defense that finished fifth against the run last year, only allowing 93.3 rushing yards per game. http://blogs.baltimoreravens.com/2010/07/26/reports-ravens-sign-cody/

Questions need answers. Who took him to the hospital? He did it Thursday, why was it not made official til yesterday? I hope there wasnt alcohol or drugs involved, he has a history. I guess this will affect his contract, hes going to be mad after Oz low balls him.

As long as you feel the same way the next time the team cuts a player with years left on their contract. People beat up on players for wanting a new contract or holding out yet they dont mutter a word when the team does the same things. If you expect players to honor their deal then you should expect the team to as well. If I disliked a player because of things he said when posturing for a new contract, I wouldn't like any of them at all. So therefore I dont hold any of it against any of them. I have no problem with bitching at management either..But the Player has Management by the balls, the bulk of the contract is in the signing bonus, so if he cuts him after 3 years of a 6 year deal, that players last 3 year salary is peanuts. And if an owner cuts him hes only hurting himself, the CAP hits will accelerate then.

Nice!!!! you two!! We/re looking at the Panthers Game.
-
I hear ya Va, its a shame that owners cave into to these silly demands after a player signs. Do we hear Ray Rice Bitch? he makes peanuts compared to other RB's.
-
Heres what I dont get, at the time he signed this contract, he was the highest paid safety in the league...He still has 3 more years left on that contract. Why is he fussing?? Ed, you're the best, we all love you, but you signed the deal, you honor the deal.

2. Will Anquan Boldin be the No. 1 receiver that Baltimore has lacked since Raymond Berry retired? The tricky part of Boldin finally escaping Arizona and Larry Fitzgerald's shadow is that while he definitely got a No. 1 receiver payday from Baltimore ($28 million over four years), he didn't really go to an offense that will be designed to showcase him in a clear-cut No. 1 role. The Cardinals threw the ball more than 62 percent of the time last season, and Baltimore's throw-run breakdown was around 52-48 percent. The Ravens are going to get Ray Rice his share of touches every game, and the third-year running back actually led the team in receptions last year with 78 for 702 yards. GALLERY: NEW QB-RECEIVER COMBOS IN 2010 When you factor in the Ravens re-signing veteran receiver Derrick Mason (73 catches for 1,028 yards in 2009), who has a well-established rapport with quarterback Joe Flacco, you could envision a scenario in which neither receiver dominates any particular game plan. So while Boldin might wind up Baltimore's top receiver, monster numbers are probably not on the horizon for him. Not with a Ravens ground game that rushed for 2,200 yards and 22 touchdowns last season.
