    James Walker, of ESPN.com, reports the Cleveland Browns paid QB Brady Quinn a $4.255 million option bonus before the season when he was a backup.

    James Walker, of ESPN.com, reports the Cleveland Browns are set to pay QB Derek Anderson a $5 million roster bonus March 13 if they do not trade him.

    ESPN.com reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jeff Garcia, an impending free agent, said the team will not re-sign him for the 2009 season. "My time in Tampa has come to an end," Garcia said, according to the St. Petersburg Times. "I'm not under contract and I'm about to hit free agency, and that means it's time again for me to just move on. It is disappointing because I enjoyed the atmosphere and the team environment in that locker room."
