  1. Leftwing filmmaker Michael Moore suggested that the financial difficulties of the Big Three US automakers be ended by government expropriation of the firms.

I'll go one step further..Let the Effin Oil Companies and their billion dollar quarterly profits bail the big 3 out..Come on, they should be linked at the hip.

  2. 3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.

We beat the Iggles, Pittsburp lost to the Iggles.

Im rooting for the Stealers Sunday, NE is hot on our tails for the last wild-card spot, let Pittsville beat them, and then we take care of Pittsville in 2 weeks.

  3. Its GW's fault. both of them. And another thing Grubbs, yeah he might be one sided in his docs, but why hasnt someone come out thats a bush supporter and defend against Moores documentarys, not one soul disputed his F-911 doc. Not one.

  4. I'm surprised the Michael Moore of Baltimore sports reporting had something nice to say.

Please do not insult Michael Moore with a Preston comparison, MM speaks the truth, just caus you cant handle it, dont insult the man.

  5. The Baltimore Ravens’ stifling defense is predicated on imposing its will on the opponent.

Sometimes, meeting that goal – no easy task at the NFL level – requires a few clear-cut moments that set the table for what transpires the rest of the game.

On Sunday, Jarret Johnson provided two of those tone-establishing plays that primed the unit to pressure the Philadelphia offense into five turnovers and led to a 36-7 Ravens victory.

In all, Johnson’s six-tackle effort included 1.5 sacks, a quarterback hurry, a tackle for loss and an athletic sack/forced fumble/fumble recovery combo play.

  6. Safety Ed Reed is known for game-changing performances that can devastate opponents, but in the Ravens’ 36-7 win over the Philadelphia Eagles Sunday, Reed topped even himself.

Reed snared two interceptions for the 36th and 37th of his career, a Ravens record. He returned the picks a total of 151 yards, including a 108-yarder for a touchdown that now ranks as the longest in NFL history.

The fourth-quarter highlight also snapped his own record that was originally set in 2004 with a 106-yard return against Cleveland.

“It’s a blessing just to come out and read the keys and do your job,” Reed said. “Everybody did their job on that play. And it’ll just come right to you.”

  7. The time for the Baltimore Ravens home game against the Washington Redskins has been changed.

The game will now be played at 8:15pm Sunday, December 7th. The game had originally been scheduled for a 1pm start.

The match up will still be played at M & T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

Both teams have 7 wins and 4 losses so far this season and are vying for a playoff spot.

This week the Ravens travel to Cincinnati to take on the 1 and 9 Bengals. The Redskins host the 10 and 1 New York Giants.

Join WBAL's Steve Davis for Monday Night "Live" from Damon's tonight at 6:05pm.

  8. For Joe Flacco it was the tale of two halves. The first half was rough for the Ravens offense all-around, but especially for Flacco. In the second half we finally saw Joe Flacco break out a bit. The late touchdown to Mark Clayton was the perfect example of what the Ravens should have done in the passing game all game: wait for the safeties to blitz and then expose the weakness over the middle.

Was that not the best pass you have ever seen from a Ravens QB..He literally threaded the needle. Anybody have a youtube of it?
