I agree. The good news is Center Ice has more HD channels than before. The bad news is I need a new cable box to decode the new way they are transmitting the signal. Its no huge deal as its free but I have a bunch of stuff on my DVRs. Oh well high def hockey!

I have on the exact same thing I had on for last weeks game. If I could eat the same thing I would but alas the place is closed on Sunday.

Hey if that last line is directed at me I no longer have them. I got a sweet collar, er necklace that got rid of them and helps stops me from being hit by cars at night.

Center Ice is $50 this season. Decent price as its more than half off and technically there is more than half a season.

I never used Gamecenter Live before. I have had Center Ice with both Comcast and Verizon and thought both were good. Some of the games are not in HD but each year they added more. That's the main problem but I can live with that. No word on pricing yet. It needs to be a good price or I may skip a year. With NBCSportsnet and NHL Network there will still games I can watch. The players destroyed the owners in 94 and the owners won in 2005 (though one could make the case that those 7 years were financially the best ever for the players). I think this deal seems fair. Hopefully Bettman and Fehr are retired in 10 years and the pissing contest can be avoided.

I don't think Joe's inconsistency is the lines fault and I don't think he is close to elite. I am very happy with his last few playoff games and I do look forward to seeing him have a full year with Caldwell as OC. So I am still not sold on him, but I feel better about him than I ever have.

Everyone knows my feelings on Flacco, and I still hope I am wrong, but he has earned a nice contract. What is it - three AFC championships in his time here? I know they were not all him but any way you look at it its very impressive.

There were numerous times when this team could have given up and they didn't. Mistakes were made but they kept fighting and made some huge plays to survive then win. Very impressive. No matter what happens we got something special today, a win for the ages.

I just found out I am going too. Is 111 the side that the band sits or the opposite side? If its the opposite I will be right next to you. Looking forward to the game, never been to a playoff game.
