That's the weird part, the pitching. I'd almost feel better if the pitching had sucked the last few games. Still, in good shape......

Today is the most important game in the last 72 years of Orioles baseball.

I am not sure he is a great clubhouse guy, and from most accounts the Orioles are a pretty close group so I am not sure I'd mess with him. I do not think we have the prospects to get him anyway.

Oh well. The streak stops at 5 in a row.

Pretty nice win. In some ways I think an actual lead off hitter might be nice. But honestly I don't think I'd mess with the lineup much.

And a sweep of one of the hotter teams in the league!

Going to break Jim Hunter just referred to Machado as Manny Ramirez.

We'll probably find out. I don't see us getting anyone better than a 3rd or 4th starter. I don't think we have the prospects to trade for them. And I don't think we should trade Trumbo, not that we will have a chance. Teams out of it rarely trade for players who will be free agents and teams in it rarely trade good starters. At this point I think we win 90-95 games, What that is enough for I'm not sure.

That was a big win today. The month after the all star break is tough. If we are still relevant then we are in good shape.
