I like the call by the Colts. It didn't work but I liked it.
Allen is fun to watch. His accuracy improvement over the three years is amazing. I'm sure Diggs has helped.

I'm not surprised a portion of Americans could be duped by a cult leader but I am surprised how many were/are and I am surprised how bad (for lack of a better term) of a cult leader Trump is. I imagine great (for lack of a better term) cult leaders from history watching the last 4-6 years, scratching their heads and asking "this guy?". He's dumb, he's not good looking, and he's not charismatic. At least not to me. And he's been in the public eye and an asshole for 50 years.
We need to hold politicians who lie about conspiracies and plots they know are not true accountable and punish them. Since Jade Helm (fake plot about an internal attack on America by Obama to declare martial law - everyone knew it was fake but some Republicans acted like it wasn't to cater to the crazies in their party) its gotten worse and people die when things are not debunked.
And people do seem more gullible and dumbed down than they used to or than I would like. Picking up my car from the shoppe* two weeks ago and there were 3 very nice and pleasant other people waiting. I'd guess they were 30s-40s the three were talking. Someone mentioned 5G and all three seemed suspicious of it because of the crazy Bill Gates 5g conspiracy stuff. Crazy.
*this spelling makes it sound quaint, I don't mind dropping $200 at the shoppe

Sports are a nice diversion from the real world and this was a year that needed diversions. Thats why it amazes me that some people can seem so miserable watching the games.
I think both defense and offense will have to play well to win, probably more so the defense. I think the Ravens have the better QB and TE on offense but that is it. The RB, WRs, and OL are all better on the Titans - they have more room for error. The defense has to step up and at least slow Henry down, if he gets close to 200 yards it is probably over.
One thing is for sure, if the Ravens score 30 and the defense lets the Titans drive the length of the field to win it at the end, lots of people will blame it on Lamar and question his future and his 'pedigree'.

When I was a kid my uncle hurt his ankle and they botched the surgery making him walk with a pronounced limp. 8 years later at his 30th high school reunion picnic flag football game he sped down the field and caught a long touchdown to win the game. The limp was a ruse all along - a long con if you will.

Great game, good season. A lot of adversity this year but they kept fighting and turned things around.

I think the Chiefs are easily the best team in the AFC. Probably the NFL. They are slumping a bit but still so good. Fantastic receivers, great TE, one of if not the best QB - really a great team.
11-5 is very good. With the roster and injuries/Covid it's amazing we may go 11-5. Great job by the coaching staff.

We have a lot of Ravens players who are taking their game to the next level and a lot of new faces who are emerging as upcoming starters.
The Ravens just rolled up 432 yards of offense on a very good Giants defense.8 for 11 on 3rd down. 249 yards rushing. 6.2 ypc. That is incredible against a very solid Giants front 7 that only allows 101.8. That is very serious domination and a very serious statement. Great Oline play against that D. They road graded them into the dirt and Lamar had all day to throw. 0 sacks. Lamar throws for 111.5 QB rating, threw for 2 TD's and ran for 80 yards. Once again, he finds himself as the best athlete and playmaker on the field.

6 sacks. 7 tackles for a loss. 11 QB hits.
I think we have a good but uneven squad. Luckily the quality players have been playing great and the others have been good. I don't think we have to weapons on offense to go far in the playoffs but I would love them to make it and prove me wrong....
Now it looks like the Football Club is going to shoot itself in the foot.

Wow, never underestimate the Browns screwing themselves. They could actually miss the playoffs.....
