I always want to make the playoffs. I'd rather make the playoffs and lose the first game than to miss them. Either way 10-6 sounds so much better than 9-7. Yeah color me dumb for not being convinced that we will win after not showing up for two straight weeks and with us having a terrible secondary. I'm such a worry wart!

I have never been a big fan of Joe but we will have him for a long time I think. Partially because of the contract, mostly because he is Ok. He is simply not bad enough that a random replacement would be better. He is an ok starting QB in this league, something not all the current starters are. Everyone should resolve to ignore the name changing trolls next year.

I thought this team had 8 wins max in it at the start and the secondary got worse as the year went on. I think they have done about as well as they could. Admittedly they were frustrating as hell to watch at times.

Heresay to me is far from fact. For the long term sake of the team I hope its not true. Having a coach on such a short leash that he might be fired for missing the playoffs one year after winning it all is Al Davis / Dan Snyder stuff. It will ruin the franchise. I think, think, Bisciotti is smarter than that. Two years removed with all the distractions this season is a completely different story. I wouldn't fire everyone, but it's a far less impulsive thing to do.

Of course its Kubiak's fault. Joe has been here 7 years and suffered through terrible OCs for most of them....its amazing how we can't get a good OC for Joe. Got a link to a reliable source for Bisciotti wanting to fire the entire coaching staff after last season? I never heard that. If its true and he was really needed to be talked out of firing everyone one year removed from the super bowl then he is going to be a terrible owner in the long run.
