We are not going to my mother's for dinner but instead are going afterwards. The main reason is that my brother's girlfriend likes to do the "black Friday" shopping thing for the past few years each year has asked my mother to move up dinner so she can shop. This year she wants it really early so she can be somewhere at 4:30. So out of principal and knowing it will never stop, I said we would come by after dinner. Seems reasonable to me but I bet I get people mad at me later. Oh well, my mother is OK with it, that's all that matters to me. When I went to the game a few years ago I didn't ask for everyone's dinner to be moved.

My favorite #Thanksgiving movie is Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, I'm not sure it's historically accurate though. 22 Jump Street was very good, far better than it probably needed to be.

I thought someone was going to sneak up on Sasha earlier in the episode. When she first sat down to talk to Bob someone was walking in the background. Not sure if it was a mistake or Rick just had not left yet. I backed it up later to make sure I wasnt seeing things. Nope, someone was in the background.

Signing Joe after the SB win was absolutely the right thing to do. After the win and the way he played two playoff years in as row he deserved it. Trading a SB MVP qb in the prime of his career could have made a mockery of the franchise for years to come. Even with the sub par years he has had I think it makes the team look bad if they trade him. So I think it was the right thing to do. Even though I never thought or think he is very good I feel that way. If his play doesn't drastically improve or if he doesn't renegotiate at a much lower rate then the team needs to explore other options after next season.

What does this have to do with Joe and/or his contract?

I would not be surprised if Brees throws for 450 yards against us. I just don't see us winning that game.

First of all I don't mean you, but there are topics which some users typical Joe posts are not relevant yet get posted anyway. Not to make any point but rather just to get attention. I have never been a big fan of Joe but you don't see me jumping in threads about the defense and posting about him. Sometimes threads naturally meander into something diffrent than what they were when they started, I don't mean those cases. I mean where the same people post the same thing over and over regardless of the topic.
