I like Phil saying how quiet the stadium was.....when the Ravens had the ball.

Good move. My dog has Cushing's Disease and is on really expensive medicine. He was getting lethargic and drinking more water and we at first just figured it was just age. Then he started getting into stuff when left alone, something he didn't do for 9 years. Goofy stuff like biting toilet paper rolls. We had tests run and Cushing's was confirmed. Its an adrenal gland (probably a tumor in brain or the gland itself) and makes them feel like they are starving and thirsty. This medicine made all the difference in the world. Eating and drinking normal, not getting into stuff, and gained back a ton of energy. But oh do I wish we had the insurance. His meds are 200+ a month, which is not easy for us. But he's 12, otherwise healthy, and our buddy so we find a way.

That's awful. That could have been anything from something easy to fix to something that was impossible. He could have been in pain too. Just not right.

A few weeks ago I read a small story about people using PetMd to diagnose their pet's illness. Basically it said how screwed up that is and how often the pets suffer for it. If you or I want to diagnose ourselves at WebMd thats pretty dumb but its our decision but to do that to a pet is terrible. They cannot tell you how and what they are feeling.

I don't think the Ravens overreacted. I don't think he should be banned for life either. I think he will get a shot again. If he doesn't I think its more to do with his age and position than the video.

I don't mean you but I am getting tired of hearing how Ray's life is ruined. He's been paid millions, hes played a game most can only dream about, he won a championship and I'd be amazed if he doesn't get a second chance in a year or so. His wife didn't get her skull fractured on the elevator wall - that could have happened. He is facing no further legal charges. Yeah, he might not be able to play football again but I'd say his life is far ruined. Stay out of trouble, don't lie or hide what happened and I am sure there will be opportunities for him down the road.

Lol, I turned the Orioles game off right after the Ravens game. Not so much out of frustration but because I needed to do some things. I assumed they lost and just found out they won.
